Steve Gifford, a Cleveland native and Columbus resident, has deep Ohio roots. After studying at The Ohio State University, he spent 20 years managing and owning restaurants, cultivating a passion for wine.

He gained hands-on experience working harvests at wineries in California and Oregon and earned a Certified Sommelier Certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Since joining Vintage Wine in 2012, Steve has led sales and operations in Central and Southern Ohio. Residing in historic German Village with his wife, he enjoys hosting family and friends with the hospitality that defines his career. Steve is also an avid hiker, biker, and golfer who embraces adventure worldwide.
