As a lifelong resident of the Cleveland suburbs, Michelle spent over a decade immersed in the local restaurant and hospitality industry. In 2014, she joined Vintage Wine as the receptionist in the Solon office, immediately feeling at home in a company that valued her skills and shared her passion for helping customers and others.

Currently serving as the Administrative Director for Vintage Wine, Michelle oversees a statewide team of administrative professionals and spearheads company-wide initiatives.

Michelle carefully manages her time to ensure she is fully present for her career and her family. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, whether it’s cooking a family dinner, taking a beach vacation, or having a quiet evening at home.
